Think its all regions, can confirm Asia SE is down too. From previous replies it looks like US servers are down too.
LE-61 issue is back. Had to portal back to town in and when trying to enter portal, I got LE-61 issue and my portal disappeared.
Atleast u cn see the queue… We can’t even see the queue… stuck on play online.

They sent the server team home seven hours ago, as per Discord.

Probably launched a patch to fix some things and then the login servers went belly up when everyone tried to log back in at the same time 
This is all a sabotage by big blizz to get people to play D4 or something /s

Backend Devs are still sleeping 
7 hours ago Stable but often transition times are much longer than expected.
We’re going to let the backend folks off for the evening as they pushed some heavy hours today to get things where they are and deserve some rest before tomorrow. We’ll all be back to making further improvements, especially around these transition hangs, tomorrow. Again, thank you all for your patience today and bearing with us through our first launch.
If the servers do crash we have alerts set to wake us up to address it. Appreciate you all

Did you try full offline mode by changing settings in Steam?
