How out-of-touch with reality can you be? Everyone wants to play, but come one - maybe go touch some grass?
At least at certain times the game is quite playable I remember spending 6 hours yesterday with no issues after a certain time period. Things are getting better on average.

I don’t care about seeing other players in towns for now, just simplify your features, disable some stuff, make it simpler, make it working, then turn things back on.
