Feeling the same. I havenāt really voiced anything until now trying to be as patient as possible, but this is becoming borderline incompetence at this point as things have seemingly gotten worse.

NO updates on Discord for umpteen hours, theyāre not posting updates there either, just saying.

Weāve been working on our patience for days now lolā¦ I love this game so far and ill keep playing but this has been one of the worst launches to a game Iāve played in years.
Been getting LE-65 for likeā¦ an hour? 45 minutes? Stuck on character select screen and canāt enter.

I have managed to get to level 57 in 4 days of trying with 4 hours a night to play because of disconnects, slow loading, game not working. It has become a bad joke at this point. I get things not working at release, but they should have been able to fix this issue by now for the most part. It is starting to become obvious that they have no idea how to fix this.
Doubtful otherwise they would have updated here or on Discord, they are having a day off.
so lost connection in the dungeonā¦ you are getting negative feedback because you were greedy. you couldāve avoid all this negative criticism if you had test your servers before release.
is it though? Almost every āfixā can pretty much be summed up as player count dwindled so game was playable. Then peak hours hit and itās back to the same crap
umpteen hoursā¦ lol literally the last update was at 1203 AM MST. Devs have to sleep sometime too. Just be patient.
I have a newborn and my playtime is down to like maybe a couple of hours spread out through the day, so Iāve had a really fun time playing the loading screens lol
Almost instantly, the game and its support infrastructure buckled and broke under the demand of the 35,000 or so subscribers who ponied up money for this experience. Unfortuantely, players couldnāt make accounts, log in, or experience anything but a stuttering slide show. This wasnāt simply a Day One or Week One problem, either, as these issues persisted for months afterward.

I am not defending this launch by comparing worst launches. In fact that they seem to not have learned from past mistakes is sad, But if your compare use the king of all flops.
Especially considering how much they said before launch they were very pleased with their prep and were hoping for a smooth launch ā¦ one wonders if the āexpertsā they often said they had in the networking/server section were really as experienced as they thought they were.
Itās clear from posts theyāve made over the last 5 days that this isnāt simply a case of too many players, if theyāve had to re-implement server components then I infer there were structural issues with the server code ā¦ and since it began to fall over at about 150k players one wonders just what performance testing they did given the pre-order numbers manymonths ago were well above that number.
every ARPG and MMO has launches like this. It is nothing new.
