Nope. Did it again. A bit longer, in after 2 mins. All good and smooth.
No. The problem is onde you select a server with a queue, the game will let you in the queue even if you change server.
I just tried to exit game, re enter, directly choose a US sever and was in INSTANTLY.

Could login to EUW straight away right now. No queue, no long loading times. Again a glimpse of hope

There is no queue, if you see queue number, restart the game
Same here, all cool. The fixes did make it better. Tried 3 times in a row.

For some reason some players might get in the queue, while others won’t.
2 of my friends loggin few minutes after me immedialty in game, while i was in queue (and still in), on the same server

Beside, restarting and server change don’t seems to get you out of queue for some people (as me).
3 times tried. Every time queued.
close the client and choose another server, i’m us west no queque

Not really, i just switched from EU to US East and got the some spot in the queue.
Update: If you exit the game client and then switch e.g. to US East it worked for me as well, no queue.
