You’re constantly fixing something and it’s still not possible to play normally. Do you even know what the problem is or are you just guessing?

The problem is you.
Logging in together with alot of others at the same time.
Not like good players who login spread out over the day.
Primetime its called… Your breaking the login server xD.
Was fien with 160k+ players till 3pm.
Then the login server died duo work end rush xD.
At this moment, loading at the hero’s screen is still long. EU server.
After the last discord post, I’m still playing character selection.

Check concurrent player counts at those times and before xd.
Was smooth, same player count worldwide.
Was mooth till 3 pm EU too xD.
its saturday evening. it will get worse on eu servers for the next 7 to 8 hours until people start to go to bed.
Prob because I talked to some irrelevant NPC in Maj’elka… She looked rather suspicious… Sorry, my bad…

3 pm is when people start to get home from work. ofc its getting worse then because there is no improvment from the devs side. its just less loading.
It seems to me that Europe needs another server. Perhaps Russian’s one.

Seems like it. At EU peak times the game just simply doesn’t work at all.
seriously considering to demand a refund despite having 3 endgame chars in early access.
