0.9i - filtered out (blue and yellow) items don't look well on the ground in this state

Their blue light is pretty obnoxious considering most of us hide all magic items. The new pillar of light effect makes them stand out way more than they should, they’re at least as visible as rares. Their on-ground visuals are worse than before the patch and I really hope they don’t stay this way.

I like the new visuals but I don’t understand why I’m seeing stuff that I’ve filtered out. The ground is littered with blue items, which I’ve hidden in all my filters.

Yeah overall it’s an improvement. It’s the filtered out garbage, especially blue garbage that bothers me.

Honestly the more I look at it, the more I wish there was an opacity slider in the game options for the new visuals, for potions as well. I currently play 6 different builds and not one of them uses potions on a regular basis, due to leech, ward or regen.

Many of us appreciate the visual clarity in this game, compared to other games in this genre. This new light show feels like a step in the wrong direction.

I personally like the new light, I think the the light shouldn’t show on filtered items however.

In other points the lights are fairly distracting when you’re running dark quiver and trying to find black arrows on the ground. I think having the lights not show on filtered items would be a good first step.

Also I really dislike that when you throw an item on the ground the text box for the item doesn’t pop up until the animation is finished. Makes me feel like I’m lagging at points. I like the flip for the item dropping but would rather it become instantly clickable as it is falling.

Yeah, exactly! When I told my loot filter that I want to see a certain item, it looks nice when that item lights up on the ground. My problem is only with garbage I filtered out still cluttering my screen in an obnoxious way.
