[0.9.1c; recurring] Odd projectile behavior

As many other threads on the matter (including a rather aged mine over here) suggest, [re]current behavior some projectiles show is rather odd. Sometimes projectiles just outright fizzle out before even spawning (specifically physical skills like Puncture and Multishot), at other times they apparently hit the ground before their intended targets (shurikens and especially their ricochets); against certain targets, they either zoom straight through harmlessly (specifically against hives scattered across the Sheltered Wood in ruined era, likely against hives in Divine Era as well; against Lagon’s tentacles too) or fly way above their intended target point (particularly against breakable barrels which often stay in the world visually intact after getting destroyed; barrels specifically don’t even highlight as breakables to begin with). Given how those issues persist since 0.9.0 release, could I assume it’s a low-priority bug?
