If there’s a lot of targets swarming around (specifically on arenas and certain quest echoes), using skills that set up chain reactions causes major lag spikes (as in the server backend struggles to catch up with what’s happening). For example, one such chain reaction happens upon the player casting Shurikens (mods: line throw for shotgunning, ricochets for better clearing, Bo’s Anarchy staff for a chance of extra ricochets) into a crowd of targets (for example, the second quest echo in Fall of the Outcasts timeline). Player.log is attached below; also enclosing a rather sizable player-prev.log as it might contain useful info.
