[0.8.5f] Rogue - Smoke Bomb - Skill node interaction weirdness

When Smokescreen Arrow is picked, the smoke bomb’s targeting becomes off. It only detonates away from the character even as I aim directly at her feet. As a result, Hasty Combustion triggers almost immediately regardless, with just a single tick of the smoke cloud having a chance to go off. This way, any over-time effects conferred by the rest of the tree are rendered completely irrelevant. Not sure if this kind of interactions is intended or not.
