[0.8.5f] Rogue - Flurry - Skill degrades along with FPS

Problem: Non-channeled Flurry is heavily impacted by FPS. The lower the latter, the more the former degrades, from losing projectiles-per-volley (along with all the associated effects) all the way to outright fizzling out. At 8 FPS and added bow attack speed at 84% upwards, for example, the skill fizzles out entirely: the VFX plays back sorta-normally, but no actual effect follows: no ailment application, no visible projectiles, no direct damage dealt.

Thanks for posting this… The devs can use this to see how this particular situation performs and were the code is obviously bottlenecking and it would be an interesting exercise to compare this performance when 0.9 drops…

Honestly tho, as I mentioned on Discord (and discussed with you previously), your hardware is so far below the recommended minimum needed to actually play, that it is amazing that the game even plays at all… So imho, these findings are mostly academic as I doubt they will ever be able to optimise the game enough for your system to be able to play ok…

Frankly, I’m surprised myself that it runs at all. :slight_smile: 30 consistent FPS is the absolute best I can get in the best environment, and it’s playable enough for me when it happens (as far as Flurry is concerned anyway :sweat_smile:).
