If you check Event Viewer on Windows and go to  Windows Logs -> Application and look for Errors where LastEpoch.exe is the app, tell me what the faulting module is then, if it's the same issue I had I can help

If I'm doing this right, I believe what you're asking for is "ati64dxx.dll". If I look back through the error log, the same error comes up every time LE has failed to launch.

open that up in file explorer
then go to steam -> right-click LE -> Manage -> Browse local files

I didn't do any of this. But, somehow, the game did launch twice yesterday (out of about 40-50 attempts).

only issue is you have to either just delete .exe and verify integrity again or do the whole process again after a successful launch

It got the .exe again, did not replace the .ini, but it launched.

might be an issue with the .ini file which probs gets created on launch and is casuing some conflict with amd GPUs
Let me go report these steps to EHG and see if it helps them understand the issue
you might have to repeat these on relaunch cause the issue comes back, from my experience
