Wraiths "locus of death" bugged or intended?

Hi Guys,

I’ve noticed when I summon the wraiths that cannot move they do not respond until
I move close to them.(then they activate and start attacking)

Note the “Locus of death” specialization is chosen

Sorry I forgot to add that I am using the flame Wraith(ranged)
