Woven forum badge missing

I bought the woven supporter pack, but the badge is missing.

Forum badges

There are two different badges pages on the forum. The first is when you click on the badges option in the menu: [image] This one seems to be forum related badges you get awarded (but that don’t show when you post). I have the first traveler one there and nothing else. The other is via your profile: [image] Click the last icon, then choose the badges option: [image] …

Same issue. Picked up the Woven Legend pack but not seeing any of the badges being added as per the screenshot below. Been using the cosmetics without any issues within the game so that part is definitely working. I guess I’ll post in this thread rather than creating a new one and see if we get a reply. If not, will just create a support email.

I feel like I’m taking crazy pills. Badges tab doesn’t exist.

I assume it only shows when the site detects that you have any. So if you didn’t have any badges before this, it won’t show. It should show when it’s fixed.

I just opened a ticket in https://support.lastepoch.com. It seems like they answer fast via that channel. I would advise you all to do the same.

Thanks for those details. Sorry for the late reply, not been on the forums for a couple of days. Seems like my option to choose the badges tab is not there. I have made a ticket.

Still nothing on forum badges or twitch drops after a couple support tickets since season 2

A few days ago my badges were added to the forum. A couple days after that I got a reply to my ticket. They apologized for the long time required to answer it, so I’m guessing they’re kinda swamped.
