I tested on the dummies. I was not able to inflict time rot regardless if I had 1 to 4 points in the World Rot skill node.
I was able to inflict time rot on the dummy by using an idol so I think that skill node is bugged.
What does the World Rot node say? If it only works against enemies, and the dummy isn’t an enemy dummy then that makes sense.
There is a dummy that counts as an enemy, but I don’t believe that was the issue. I confused the rifts from Abyssal Orb as actual Void Rifts that can proc Time Rot from that skill node.
I don’t believe there is a bug with that node.
