I’ve found a Grimoire of Necrotic Elixirs, and when pressing ctrl and alt it doesn’t show the stat ranges for the third or fourth stats.
This is not a bug. Currently, we don’t have this functionality to show ranges on certain affixes because they are custom. Thank you for the report.
