The Winged Raptor text says ‘If you have only one active Storm Crow, it deals more damage…’ What it actually does is prevent you from summoning more than one, even if your crows are the only pet you have summoned. If its design is to prevent you from summoning more than one crow, the text needs updating to reflect that.
