WHere is all my equipment cycle 1?

Hi,

I played cycle 1, 3 characters 93 with a lot of stuff … Started cycle 2 , and I just come back to legacy chars… Cof and merchand lvl 0. OK can’t wear my staff, and FULL CHEST EMPTY !!! WTF is THAT?
