Scrolling through the News or Announcements page of this forum I don’t even see a post about the most important part, the Trading/Magic Find factions for 1.0, yet everyone else seems fairly apprised of the update when I read anything elsewhere.
Are they working off of old information, or is there another place to read all of this?

Do you mean the update in ~58 hours, or there will be an early release of the patch notes for 1.0 later today?
At the bottom of their post it says that patch notes will be released today, i am assuming in full.

Yes, Feb 19th will see the release of the 1.0 full patch notes.
