What is the 1.0 target number for Class and Mastery skills?

What is the 1.0 target number for Class and Mastery skills? Are the devs just shooting for the initial 4 skills per class Mastery?

Just wondering what ultimately will be the initial feature-complete number of skills is.

I feel Mike answered this, for the most part, at the end of the March 5th developer stream:

Obviously he has to be somewhat vague with the answer, but you can watch that part of the video for proper context.

~6 per mastery & 12 per base class would likely be the plan (unless they want you to have to scroll down the skill screen).
