WASD options are non-standard and mega easy to fix

TL-DR: Can we please get a setting for ONLY dodgeroll to follow movement direction, and ALL abilities (short and long range) to follow mouse? This is the norm for WASD movement in other games, and it works better than Last Epoch’s settings.

The current WASD options are very awkward on classes with short-range abilities…because they are different than every other current and popular WASD game.

The “normal” WASD controls established by NRFtW, POE2, and the top-down shooters before them is… dodgeroll follows WASD direction, EVERYTHING ELSE follows mouse…

There is no way to get this behavior in Last Epoch, because the console-controller targeting ideas for short-range abiliities are being applied to WASD controls. There is no need for this complication.

In WASD, we just need dodgeroll follows WASD, everything else follows mouse.

POE2 has forever converted me to WASD, so I’m just not going back to click to move spamming, and Last Epoch is SO CLOSE to being fine… it just needs a setting for “ONLY evade/dodgeroll to follow wasd direction”, which should be mega-easy to implement.

(Bestmaster Leap is playable for me, because it’s long range, every “short range” ability is unplayable WASD. This became so frustrating for me as I tried to play other classes that I have put down Last Epoch until this is fixed… which is sad)

The problem with last epoch’s settings, is that the ONLY way to get dodgeroll to follow WASD, also makes a bunch of “short range” abilities follow WASD also, which is very hard to use.

We need a setting where all abilities (Short and long range) follow mouse, and dodgeroll follows WASD/movement.

And also, the unique that turns dodgeroll into fear is targeted with WASD, whcih is impossible to use.
