I just noticed on my character that when i use Totemic Heart along with Warcry with Healing and invigorate to heal my pets it no longer heals them with Totemic heart enabled.
If i respec out of totemic heart it goes back to healing my pets as intended.
It does still heal my character, just not my companions any longer.
