Hey guys, just started playing his game and went to turn on V-sync and I was not able to do so in the game. I had to go to the le_graphicsmanager.ini file and make the change there. I am currently running the game in Borderless Window mode if that makes any difference. I am also running the steam version. Let me know if you need any additional information.
