The quest does not proceed even if you enter the quest area. What is the workaround?
Entering the quest area does not proceed to the next quest.
The same phenomenon occurs even after creating 3 new characters

Posting a screenshot of your quest tracker (the quests located under your mini map) will also be helpful to define what part of the steps might be bugged.

Ah, I understand now. I was able to reproduce the quest state not triggering correctly to show you the next step of the quest. I made a note of it, thank you for bringing this to my attention, it is confusing, definitely a bug.
If you explore the zone you should be able to still continue the quest (it will skip over one of the steps once you advance forward).

Upon entering another area, the quest was resolved. It seems that the quest conditions have changed. Thank you so much for your kind reply
