I updated steam client Thursday, then updated LE, tried to log in and it just keeps spinning, trying to open, sound comes in and out every few seconds. closed everything and re-opened steam client, verified all game files, tried to start game again, nothing, I can’t even get in to try and play. Game just will NOT load…help, all hardware is functional and drivers all updated, no joy opening LE. Tried posting in Bug report and tried getting help via discord(maxxroll) but nada, can’t even play!!
Only thing I can think of is uninstall and re-install the game in Steam, clear any Last Epoch cache files as well before re-installing, etc. Hope you get it fixed.

Nope, no joy, tried uninstall/reinstall checked every setting I could think of that might help, nada. opens the login screen (as far as I got before) but it’s like watching/listening a barely synched game audio/cuts in and out every second or 2, nothing is working
Try installing the latest Microsoft C++ redistributable. It has fixed some issues like yours last season.
tried that, so far no joy, going to do the uninstall/reinstall route again (after the C++ update and see if that helps
Try reporting, if you can (F8 is the default key). That would be the most helpful.
Can you try playing on the true offline client and seeing if it happens there as well? (Instructions here if you need)
FINALLY, after yet a 4th uninstall/reinstall after adding the newer C++ thing, and verified all files again, it is now working, thanks to all
