I also updated to the latest nvidia driver which came out 2 days ago. I wonder if thats related to the issue

Just updated to latest nvidia drivers. RTX 3060 Ti on Windows 11. Can’t login, and single-digit FPS.
Ok…I fixed it
I have an AMD graphics card.
I had to reinstall AMD Adrenaline
I then used it to install a new chipset driver.
reboot
LE works now.
Anyone here who is having issues use a VPN?

It’s possible that we changed the formatting of the settings file and the automatic optimization for game settings in the Nvidia and AMD software is causing issues by trying to set the settings file to a format which doesn’t work any more.
This is a wild guess at this point.
Let us know if there’s anything we can do to help get it resolved

I tried with the Nvidia software killed. To no avail.
reinstalled drivers and downloading game again, will say if it helps after few mins
I don’t know why but I can only reply to my own posts on mobile.
I’ve got confirmation that just telling the video card software to ignore LE has fixed it for at least 1 person. If anyone else can test this theory, that would help.
how do I do that? I only can switch on/off different settings, but I can’t tell the software to ignore the game
Not sure what the other guy did but i turned off optimization for Last Epoch in GE Force experience and it didnt help. Even having LE running in the background was lagging my whole computer. As I was typing this, some letters were getting duplicated 10x or more.

I believe it’s not possible to do the “ingore LE.exe” fix on Nvidia cards. There’s no option to remove any influence of Geforce over the app and just force the app to use its own setting on everything (you can choose this option only on a few elements).
