Anyone else not get the twitch reward?
Edit: Closed to desktop, reopened game and it was there.
Faq section, there’s one for twitch drops, in case this doesn’t link properly.
Yeah, the problem with that is that not everyone has a Discord account and some do not want to create just another account. I click on it and it takes me to Discord but required that I log in with an account to see it.
If you are having issues claiming your Twitch Drops please check the following;
- Please make sure you have linked both your accounts on our Twitch Drops Page
- If the Steam link is returning you to the page without confirming you are connected, you can see if you are connected by following the the next step;
- To make sure your account is linked correctly, you can do this via Twitch Settings, under Connections. Scroll down to the bottom and you should see Last Epoch, as shown in the screenshot below.
- Confirm you clicked to claim drop from your Twitch inventory
- If that doesn’t work, please contact Twitch Support
- If your watch progress is not tracking correctly, please refresh the page and check your Twitch Drop Inventory. If this has not helped, please contact Twitch Support.
We recently received a helpful tip from a Player - “If you are having issues getting Twitch Drops I figured out the issue, you need to sign into your Steam account first, then your Twitch account. Go to lastepoch.com/twitch, scroll down till you see Steam sign in, then sign in scroll up to Twitch Sign in and sign in Log into game and enjoy your drops”
