Tu'rani's Trident, not applying electrify, still applies bleeds and ignites

Hi

As stated in the title.
Using the unique spear that changes damage and bleed/ignite chance to electrify chance, but the Javelin skill is still applying bleeds and ignites only, no electrify stacks.
