Transplant Cooldown Bug

I can replicate this bug every time.

  1. Using idols with transplant cooldown recovery and helmet cooldown recovery - CD of transplant will be permanently reduced
  2. Make any change in the transplant skill tree, does not have to be related to cooldowns
  3. CD of transplant will be much higher, permanently

Only way to fix it is to log out and log back in
