That we already know. We were now trying to figure out if simply switching, hitting a couple times and switching back would actually avoid all mechanics.
No that gets buggy, the pool tracks your character and follows into the next timeline, she also teleports faster to follow you and spawns a second tracking pool then.
could you tell us, what are your main problem against her?
what are the attacks that are killing you the most?
I will post a video later with some tatics I use going melee against her.
Oh please Saga X, do show some melee strats for this, she kicks my ass 8/10 attempts. I think I’m just slow, but some guidance would help. My biggest thing is that basically all the attacks one shot you, only one you can semi tank is the water homing missiles.
I can succeed some times now with her after following offered advice to run on tier 3 until I have the mechanics down better.
The biggest issues I usually have:
-Some builds create such bright effects that I cannot see her cues. Especially the cone attack. I guess I am used to games that make boss mechanic cues bright, not just some of them depending on what the damage type is.
-Some builds require or almost require you use traversal skills for set up etc. Cannot do this when her lasers come out.
-In general just trying to avoid the stuff and do what I need to do to damage her while confined in space, etc. Fortunately, this issue becomes less terrible the more you learn. For now, I am doing tier 4 runs just with my wraithlord build so I have the luxury of watching for cues and since this build does not hide all the cues.
Personally, I think it would be kind to the community to tie crafting to only the first 3 tiers but leave the 4th tier as is for those that want her left right where she is. Better boss drops and/or permit something different at tier 4 like “resetting” a legendary item back into a unique with LP or some such.
I did not forget the video, I will do it soon.
For me, the best tips that I can do are the following:
Vs Catastrofic explosion:
As soon as the battle begin, wait for the first catastrophic, change eras, go for uper corner (or any place you use little during battle), wait for the purple ground. After, go for Julra.
Everytime she does a catastrophic i do this: wait for the counter/clock to be on eleven hours, change eras, count to 3, and change again back. Julra would be in a little cooldown time and will not transform any ground in purple. It is a little tricky in the beggining, but for melees its imperative not to leave the ground all purple.
Thanks for that, I just lost my deathless tag to T3 Julra (who never killed me when I fight the good old fashioned way) because I wanted to try this strategy and I switched back a wee bit too early. BOOM.
You mean person you.
Well, you do need to have the timing of it. Usually you just swap when the clock is at about 11 and then switch back about 1s later.
But why would you try that with a Deathless character (if it matter to you)? Seems like an unnecessary risk. You should have started with T1/T2 to get the timing right, so you don’t die.
Anyway, for what it’s worth, sorry for that.
Just joking, it actually made me laugh.
I usually care about deathless, but not for that character. It is my first Aberoth hunting character and I expect plenty of deaths to my harbingers and big ultimate baddie, until I get the mechanics. No idea what they are like.
