I would assume this happens with any unique item that has its own passive animation, but I noticed it with the Undisputed axe. When equipped, the time bubble disappears around the axe:

On a side note, I’ve noticed the glitch is somewhat intermittent. When I posted the screenshot, it was constantly doing as long as the axe was equipped and never stopped. Since then (after restarting the game), it doesn’t do it constantly, but comes and goes. Seems to be particularly common after using smite to teleport, and sometimes clears up after attacking or moving.

VSync is off
Streamer Mode is off
All other graphics settings turned on/set to ultra
FPS capped at 80
