While creating a new category, I encountered a problem that prevented me from changing the name or deleting the category, and the problem was not resolved by logging in again.

As shown in Figure 1, category 6 is the problem. I can’t change the name or delete the category. As shown in Figure 2, when I create a new category, it will still remain in its original location, generating two identical categories.
