I kill the guild leader and it asks me to return to zerrick. When i return to zerrick it won’t complete the quest. It just says to go kill him even though i already did. Can’t progress further into the story.

UPDATE: Completing the quest “Arjani, The Ruby Commander” allowed me to turn in “The Scalebane” quest
Sorry about that! drm0916 is correct, if you complete the Ruby Commander quest first you can turn in the other quest.
We have a fix in the works for this but it won’t be in our first hotfix.
