EDIT: I’ve seen a couple of other reports from back as far as April 2021. Seems like an odd ongoing issue.

Thanks for the report, we’ve seen this a couple times but haven’t pinned down the cause. Were you modifying a loot filter shortly before this happened?
No, had just started a new play session as far as I can remember.
