As the name suggests, Terek’s guide is a leveling guide. The idea is to get you to monolith as fast as possible. It goes to level 50 or maybe a bit beyond that. After you’ve reached that and regular monolith, you’re supposed to respezialize to an endgame build, such as:
(or any other Rogue mastery / build)
From here on out you need to find gear that makes you stronger. The guide tells you which gear / affixes you preferably want to obtain. From what I can tell from your profile, it seems you are mostly still using rare gear (yellow). However you’re at the stage now where you need to start finding better gear: Unique items (orange) and exalted items (violet).
Start with “Starting Gear” tab, but of course you can already mix in gear from the “Endgame Gear” tab should you come in possession of such an item.
Same goes for Idols and Blessings.

From the 3 guides listed above, “Shadow Rend Bladedancer” seems to be closest to the skill selection you want, but the gear contains set pieces, which I don’t know if you know how to deal with.
I suggest “Bladestorm Bladedancer”. It consists of mostly unique items, which you can get with dedication and later learn how to LP slam gradually.
