Task: A STUDY IN TIME can’t be continued…

I had reach the task THE MONOLITH OF FATE, and then i found i missed a task named A STUDY IN TIME.

The guide told me to INVESTIGATE RUINED ERA GREAT COLLAGE, but i found nothing in GREAT COLLAGE in RUINED ERA.

I think it’s a bug, that means when you finished the main quest, you can’t finish this task.

stuck on the exact same thing. Nothing inside except a few enemies

Even before finishing the main quest, you still can’t do this one just to clarify.
