Surge & Storm Battery Bug (dissappearing stacks, may be affecting dmg)

This is an easily reproducible bug involving the Storm Battery passive with Surge skill.

When acquiring stacks with storm battery, if you hover your mouse over your surge skill, your stacks immediately fall off. This happens every time you do it, without using surge at all.

I do not know if this is affecting damage, as it’s very possible it’s just a visual bug with your stacks going away.

Can you check if what you are experiencing is the same as this recent posting just with different skills obviously?

I have a feeling that these problems may be related…

Judgement mouse-over consumes Sigils w/ Sigils of Sacrifice node

I’m using Judgement with the Sigils of Sacrifice node. When I mouse-over Judgement on the skill bar to check the DPS it seems to be removing all of my Sigils of Hope, perhaps when the calculations are run to determine the DPS it’s simulating an attack causing them to be consumed?

Conveniently I’m leveling a sentinel now. When I get to that level I’ll invest into them and check.
