Storm crow (with winged raptor) and summon wolf (with safety in numbers) should let you have one crow and four wolves with just beastmaster passives. It is somewhat clunky to get, you need to summon crow then wolves, but that has generally worked in the past with other types of companions. The setup works with crows. If you change zones, though, the storm crow changes into a wolf. The only way to get the crow back is to unbind summon wolf, summon crow, then rebind and use summon wolf. It kills this specific setup.
