Stuck as HC Solo after desync death on normal HC

My character was a normal HC character that should have became a SC character after dying. However my game desynced and I died while it was desynced (0hp but could still move)

I restarted my client and now my character says “hc solo” and “deathless solo challenge” when I open the character details.

Dying again does nothing. It still keeps me as HC. Stuck permanently in HC Solo even though I bought the game to play multiplayer.

I cannot get party invites to SC or HC players now.

I checked “Settings → Challenges” and Solo is “disabled” yet my character says HC Solo.

I also cannot connect anymore. It says “Connecting” forever when I try to log in.
