State mastery selection at end of act 1

[Heavy]

If i am not mistaken @EHG_Mike already stated somewhere that they thinking about adding some additional hint/pop-up on the passive tree.

Can’t find his post right now.

Edit: Found it, there are several statments from him.

"I'm level 20, how can I unlock my mastery?"

It’s a tough one because I’m not sure it affects new players that much. It’s more of a problem for returning players and I’m wondering if those questions will just vanish once people get used to the new system. Having said that, I do think we need a little better explanations other than the one popup at the start that everyone closes.
