Sorcerer's "Spells deal increased damage equal to their mana-cost" passive not working

Title.

Changed class to sorcerer and went to check if my high cost spell’s DPS changed at all (volcanic orb, 60~ mana cost) and the DPS remained the same. No noticeable damage in the spell’s actual damage against the dummy either.

Sorc mastery passive?

I’m not 100% certain because I wasnt specifically trying to test it but the mastery passive in sorc that gives you increased damage equal to spell mana cost didnt seem to improve my damage at all, and I was using a big mana spending ability in the form of glacier.

I investigated this internally and found that it is fully functional. The damage is being applied correctly.
