When I take “Shiver armor” and “Memory of frost” nodes on Snap freeze tree, it does not grand Armor protection if I have remaining Snap freeze charge.
It can grand Armor protection only under 0 charge remaining.
But It seem Cold protection grand work well.

Per your other thread it looks like Shiver Armour isn’t giving armour/cold protection at all. Are you saying that if you have 0 charges remaining then Shiver Armour does give armour & cold protection?
There are 2 same named skills about Shiver armor. 
One is on Snap freeze’s node, and other is Spellblade’s passive tree.
I described in other thread about Spellblade’s Shiver armor.
Here, I wrote about Snap Freeze’s Shiver armor.
These bugs are different.

I’ve taken a look at this, and neither the cold protection or armour works if you’ve unlocked multiple charges and have 1 charge left. The Sap Warmth node grants you Elemental Protections (which includes Cold Protection), so that’s probably why you thought the Cold Protection was working.
I’ll see if we can change the node’s name to avoid confusion. Thanks!
