Smoke bomb progression, Smokescreen arrow/Cloaked incursion

What went wrong?
When specced into smokescreen arrow/cloaked incursion, the smoke does not spread.
(Smoke Bomb generated from Smokescreen Arrow does not spread)
It was in 2023. Still here. For both nodes. Its a shame…
