+Skill Prefix Bug

My helmet with +2 to Enchant Weapon shows +2 on the skill page until I try to allocate those points. Once I allocate 1 of those points the other disappears and the skill tree shows no “+2” to the skill.

So it appears that there is some kind of bug that is not correctly reading the extra skill levels from the items prefix.

I will try a different head item to see if it is a bug with a specific type. The head item I am using currently is “Runed Visage”

Update I tried another “Runed Visage” and the same bug occurred. The skill I am using is “Enchant Weapon”.

I have +1 Hammer Throw on my helm, doesnt even show the skill being level 21 so cannot allocate the bonus point either.
