Aftershock should get 4% inc from 1 point of attunement or strength, but currently it can only be affected by ATT, while STR has no effect on it
I can confirm. Strength does not affect Aftershock. Also it seems the tooltip of Aftershock is bugged, it says 40% dmg per point of strength.
I’ve found the problem, we’ll get this fixed. Thanks for the report! I’ll also update that tooltip which has a couple mistakes.

Great, any idea when we can expect the change?
We’ll be looking to get it into a hotfix, but I’m not sure when that will be.
