Shield Bash often procs while just walking. It’s annoying because it launches the cooldown.
Do you have the Power Rush node?
If not, could you upload your log file for a run when it happens. They’d probably like to see your skill tree for it as well.

I level a second sentinel and have the same problem.
How do I access to my log file ?
My skill tree is very simple for the moment (being level 14) : 3 points in protective impact and 2 in perfect bulwark (due to hc mode)
Just to be sure I walked with fingers far from the skill button and it procs again

The AppData folder may well be hidden as it’s a system folder.
