I tested Avalanche with different attunement status, but nothing has changed to its damage.
Then i tried get some intelligence, its damage increased 
So is Avalanche a intelligence tag skill for primalist?
Avalanche should be scaling by Attunement, do you have any screenshots of the damage numbers or DPS tooltip with higher int vs higher attunement? I just checked Avalanche on our end with 8 attunement vs 9, 10, and 11 attunement and the damage was different each time.

This video shows how i test the bug.
I have a physical resistance shred bleesing, so i convert Avalanche’s damage to cold type.
1、Then without any passive or gear influence
The damage for 12att and 1int is 61 (52~69)
2、Equiped with 12att body and 8att helmet
The damage for 32att and 1int is the same as 61 (51~71)
3、Equiped with 2*8int rings
The damage for 12att and 17int is 102 (83~121)
So it’s a bug, right?
