In principle, yes, but magnitudes less of an issue. At 1.0 you couldn’t get online for days, I was in ~10-20 mins after launch today.

What is the point of play offline if we cannot go offline without connecting to the login server?
It’s the same as at release. Nothing works and there’s absolutely no communication. These kinds of issues happen. But this company still shows how not to handle them. GGG and even Blizzard do it better. A worthy successor to Wolcen.

you have to change steam start settings for offline log in . it works
