Good luck downloading itā¦ getting 2MBPS on my end and have been downloading since last night(Well when my laptop is open). Usual speed is 30MBPS. Microsoft servers are super bad.

I thought I could play offline while the server is down, but apparently I need to create another character 
Yh online and offline are separate, so separate chars etc
i cant even play or make a character off line like nada
why would you think you can play your online character in offline, a mode where anyone can edit items and stats?
I had offline on previous season, but this one, I tried onlineā¦ now knowing I canāt access my inventory and had to start all over. I just have no energy for it.

Offline Mode doesnāt work either, throws an error message ācould not connect to login serverā ā¦ what use is an offline mode when you cannot play offline?

Does this mean its a Steam issue then?
On steam right click the game in your library and theres something in properties where you can select FULL offline mode, the āotherā offline mode connects to chat servers while you play offline.
