I’m not sure if this is a bug but I can’t see it not being one. The “Blood Fury” node looks like it can be specced into with either 2/3 “Gouging Spear” or 1/6 “Primal Reflex”. However, 2/3 “Gouging Spear” doesn’t work, only Primal Reflex does. I first noticed this on Last Epoch Tools but it seems to be that way in game too. That’s why I’m not sure if it is intended or just wasn’t noticed. It’s odd because I can spec into “Spear Flurry” for example with 1/4 in “Plague Bearer” w/o having 3/5 “Breaking Point”
