Sentinel skill bug : Ring of Shields

Both passives Phalanx and Sturdy shields for this skill state they give a 4 second duration buff when healed from healing shields passive. Tested this and the buffs only seem to be working for 1 second on both passives. Not sure if this is only a stat window error or a skill bug. Just putting it out there as these passives are pretty useless at a 1 second buff.

Ring of Shields (Phalanx skill Pathway)

“Phalanx” and “Sturdy Shields” will proc when shield heals go off, but the first buff cast for “Phalanx” and beyond only lasts 1s and for “Sturdy Shields” it lasts about 2-3s and then drops down to 1s for subsequent casts. Also once in a great while “Sturdy Shields” will stack for a split second. The tool tip for these procs says it lasts 4s without stacking. Hope this gets fixed in a later build as I’m loving this skill line if it worked properly.

Phalanx Node in Ring of Shields only provides its effects for 1 second on heal instead of 4

When using phalanx, the ring of shields will do the heal animation and once the animation is gone so is the buff which equals to about a 1 second buff instead of the 4 written
